𝐍𝐒𝐂𝐍/𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐍 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐞: 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐦 𝐑𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥

The NSCN/GPRN has claimed responsibility for the attack on Ranglom village in Changlang district, Arunachal Pradesh,Naga Army tactical unit targeted the 4th Assam Rifles camp at around 8 AM on Monday.

The group termed the attack a “necessary step” and accused Indian security forces of harassing civilians, asserting that it would continue operations to “defend the Naga homeland.”

The camp, located near the Myanmar border about 10 kilometers from the district headquarters, was reportedly targeted by what is believed to be a joint operation by cadres of ULFA-Independent and NSCN (K-YA).

Sources said the attack occurred around 8:45 AM. The Assam Rifles responded promptly with a counterattack. No casualties have been reported so far.

Following the incident, security has been reinforced in the border area, and a joint operation involving security forces has been launched to secure the region.
