Imphal: The Indigenous Tribal Leaders Forum (ITLF), a joint body representing the Kuki-Zo tribes in Manipur, has expressed concern as its official account faces suspension.
ITLF, established as a platform to advocate for the rights and interests of Kuki-zo tribes, is actively involved in addressing various issues affecting their community. The suspension of its account has left many members and supporters demanding answers.
The Indigenous Tribal Leaders’ Forum (ITLF) was established on June 9, 2022 at the KIC office in Tuibuong by the recognized tribes within the district who have lived together since ancient times.
The forum includes prominent tribal organizations such as Paite Tribe Council, Kuki Inpi, Simte Tribe Council, Wife People’s Council, Mizo People’s Convention, Hmar Inpui, United Zo Organization, and Gangte Tribe Union.
