Kohima: The Armed Forces celebrated the 9th edition of ‘World Yoga Day’ with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm.
Organized by the Assam Rifles, NCC and BRO, yoga programs were organized across the state under the theme ‘‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ which means ‘One Land, One Family and One Future’. The objective of the celebration was to promote the importance of yoga for physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
The armed forces embraced the occasion by organizing a series of yoga sessions and activities in which military personnel, their families, students and the local community participated.

“The celebration of World Yoga Day in Nagaland served as a remarkable opportunity for the armed forces personnel and civilians to come together and promote a sense of unity, harmony and well-being.
