Guwahati: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has captured two senior officials of the North East Boondocks (NF) Rail route and a worker for hire in Guwahati and Silchar regarding pay off.

A CBI group has captured Vice president Designer Rampal Dey and NF Rail route Senior Segment Specialist (SSE) Santosh Kumar and a worker for hire recognized as Sajjan Choudhary of a Guwahati-based privately owned business, authorities said on Monday has been captured.
The CBI has enrolled a body of evidence against four authorities of NF Rail route and others including workers for hire and representatives of the said privately owned business.
Two authorities of NF Railroad planned with one individual to grant agreement to private workers for hire, get ready estimation book, cycle of running record bills, control and rapid arrival of installment against costly bills. For early arrival of safety store and bank ensure alongside development work in NF Rail route, the organization said.
A CBI group laid a snare and got the said SSE, Silchar in South Assam taking kickbacks of Rs. 8 lakhs from a representative of a privately owned business.

All the captured charged were created under the steady gaze of the exceptional CBI court.

The vice president engineer and the said project worker are on five-day police remand while the SSE is on three-day travel remand, an authority added.
