Tripura: Senior Congress leader Sudeep Roy Burman attacked

Agartala: Senior Tripura Congress leader and MLA Sudeep Rai Burman came under attack by miscreants yet again on Thursday.

Tripura Congress leader Sudeep Roy Burman was attacked by miscreants when he was going to Rani Bazar in Agartala in his car.

On their way back, the motorcycle-borne miscreants, mostly small groups of 25 to 30 people, started pelting stones at the Congress leaders.

Several vehicles were vandalized and Sudeep Roy Burman was pelted with stones on his head.

Currently, he is undergoing treatment at the trauma center of GB Pant Hospital in Agartala, Tripura.
