
To discuss indigenous people rights, Pradyot meets Amit Shah
Agartala: Former Tipra Motha Chairman Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi and discussed the important issue of ensuring the welfare and protection of rights of the local residents of Tripura.
The meeting focused on the ongoing discussions to find a constitutional resolution for the indigenous people of Tripura. Pradyot said the meeting was productive and both sides discussed the ultimate end to the rights of the indigenous population of Tripura.
BJP’s Northeast Coordinator Sambit Patra said through Twitter that the talks between Shri Pradyot Manikya and Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah yielded fruitful results.
Their talks were part of ongoing negotiations and the overarching goal of protecting the rights and welfare of the indigenous population.
Sambit Patra further emphasized that the Prime Minister’s vision has consistently prioritized the protection and development of the rights of tribal communities not only in Tripura but across the country.
This alignment with the Prime Minister’s vision underlines the commitment to inclusive and inclusive development.
