Itanagar: BJP president JP Nadda arrived in Namsai city to a grand welcome as he will participate in a mega rally to commemorate nine years of the Modi government. Despite facing inclement weather, Nada’s flight landed at Dibrugarh airport at 3.30 pm, forcing him to reach Namsai by road instead of by helicopter.
The event witnessed a large number of enthusiastic citizens, with many leaders, MLAs, MPs, and ministers including the Chief Minister giving a warm welcome to President Nadda. The presence of Assam MP Dilip Saikia added to the significance of the gathering.
Earlier in the day, during a rally in Tripura, BJP national president JP Nadda launched a scathing attack on the CPIM and the Congress, accusing both parties of corruption, failure to maintain law and order, target killings, and accused of embezzlement of government funds.
Addressing a large crowd at Santirbazar HS School in South district, which was organized to celebrate nine years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure, Nadda said, “Congress corruption, commission, mismanagement, policy paralysis. , nepotism, and a sign of failure to maintain law and order.
The CPIM represents target killing, embezzlement of public funds, lawlessness, administrative collapse, and misuse of rations.”
Nadda, however, emphasized that the BJP is for development, highways, railways, airways, internet connectivity, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and welfare of the poor. He reiterated the party’s commitment to empower the underprivileged, women and youth by striving for inclusive development under the slogan “Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Vikas”.
