
Ten fresh cases of COVID-19 reported in Arunachal Pradesh
Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh recorded 10 new Covid-19 cases, taking the northeastern state’s tally to 66,928, a senior health official said on Wednesday.
He said the number of active cases is 26, while 66,606 people have recovered from the disease so far.
State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Lobsang Jampa said all the cases were detected through rapid antigen tests.
So far, a total of 296 people have died due to this epidemic.
The Capital Complex region, comprising Itanagar, Naharlagan, Nirjuli and Banderdewa areas, recorded the highest number of active cases with 11, followed by Tawang (5), he added.
