ZPM general secretary (town division) SL Ngursailova said that the party in February had recorded a request encouraging state governor Haribabu Kambhampati to exclude Royte for supposedly holding ‘office of benefit’ by possessing a consultancy firm that dealt with a few agreements under the state government disregarding segment 9A of the Representation of People’s Act, 1951.
