Rajnath: India will tackle all challenges along broder
Boleng (Arunachal Pradesh): Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday asserted that India has the full capability to thwart challenges on the border to protect the country’s homeland.
Singh also said that India never encourages war, and always wants to maintain cordial relations with its neighbours.
The Defense Minister was addressing the inauguration ceremony of Siyom Bridge in Arunachal Pradesh and 27 other projects across India.
However, “Indian Army is capable of facing any challenge on the border”, and is ready to deal with any situation, he said while inaugurating a Border Roads Organization (BRO) bridge here.
“India is a country that never encourages war and always wants to maintain amicable relations with its neighbours.. This is our philosophy inherited from the teachings of Lord Rama and Lord Buddha,” Singh said. If provoked, the country is fully capable of facing any kind of situation.
