Pradyot clarification:BJP, TIPRA Mohta no Union why?

Agartala: A much-discussed meeting between TIPRA Motha leaders and Home Ministry officials reportedly ended inconclusively as the former did not receive any written assurance on its core demand of “Greater Tipraland”.
The party led by Pradyot Kishore Debbarman is demanding a constitutional settlement of a separate state of “Greater Tipraland”, one of the sixth scheduled areas of the state. Not only that, Greater Tipraland also talks about a Greater Social, Cultural and Economic Development Council for the Tiprasa community people who are now living outside the geographical area of the Sixth Schedule Areas. In a video message to party workers, the party supremo confirmed that a meeting was held between the Ministry of Home Affairs and TIPRA leaders, but their demands were not recognised.
He said, “We went to Delhi because if we did not respond to their invitation, the Government of India could say that we did not respond to their invitation.” We heard what they said. One thing is clear from the conversation that they did not give anything in writing. I want to tell my Tiprasa warriors and the entire community that there will be no unity in these elections.
Requesting the media not to disturb him, Debbarman said, “Today, we are announcing the names of the candidates and we will fight this election to defeat those who are against our demand. Be ready, we may win or lose but we will fight one last battle.
On speculation that ran high and fast, the royal family said, “It’s not the people’s fault. For the last 46 years, regional parties have made deals with national parties and our TIPRA community got nothing after the elections.”

Meanwhile, the opposition CPIM has raised serious questions over the role of the Home Ministry and claimed that for political reasons the Government of India had violated the Model Code of Conduct that came into effect soon after the election was announced.
Speaking to the Media, CPIM state secretary Jitendra Chowdhary said, “This is absolutely wrong on the part of the Home Ministry. We are not going to blame TIPRA Motha. Certainly, he will not accept the demand. are protesting and if they are invited, they will go. This is wrong on the part of the Ministry of Home Affairs, especially Union Home Minister Amit Shah. This is a complete violation of the Model Code of Conduct. We will soon report it to the Election Commission of India. Will write to India.
Parties like the Congress and the All India Trinamool Congress, however, disagreed with Chowdhary. MHA can meet anyone, it is not a violation of model code of conduct. However, if an order was issued in connection with the meeting which could have acted as a voter inducement, it could be considered a violation,” former MLA and Congress leader Ashish Kumar Saha told to Media.

Trinamool Congress Tripura state president and senior advocate Pijush Biswas also spoke on similar lines as he said, “The MCC is violated when there is an assurance to influence the voters. As far as I understand that this meeting does not come under the purview of MCC.
On the other hand, senior advocate Purushottam Roy Barman, who is contesting as an independent candidate from Agartala’s Ramnagar constituency, called it a violation of the MCC. “The purpose of this meeting is to influence a large section of voters. In my view, this model is against the code of conduct. I don’t know how the Election Commission of India will react to it, but it would have violated the MCC. is,” he told to Media.
When contacted, a senior ECI official dismissed the infringement claims as a purely political statement. “Neither the MHA has issued any official document or circular related to the meeting in question nor has the political party made anything public in an official form. It is a political statement so we cannot take cognizance of it,” he said. ‘ said the official, requesting anonymity.
