I was picked up for allegedly being negligent.
Following the chief minister’s directive to take action against those responsible for road accidents due to potholes on the road, the Dibrugarh police detained the site engineer for alleged negligence during the completion of the project.
in Dibrugarh has been identified as Samir Sarka, who was detained by the police after a man died in a road accident in Graham Bazar, Dibrugarh on June 8.
Samir Sarkar is a resident of North 24 Pargona, Ballavpur, West Bengal. He was a Pipeline Supervisor/Survey Engineer who was arrested in connection with 304 IPC under Dibrugarh PS Case No. 327/2023.
