One person dead as massive fire erupts in Durgabari, Tinsukia

Guwahati: A huge fire broke out on Parbatia Road in Durgabari under Tinsukia district of Assam, in which one person died.
According to sources, the fire broke out in the evening of December 4 in the house of a Chatka. The victim, known locally as Chatka, died in the fire incident.

As per sources, the fire broke out late evening on December 4 at the house of one Chatka. The victim called as Chatka by locals died in the fire incident.

Alert locals engaged in dousing the fire but were unable to save the owner of the house and the only inmate of the house that was gutted in the fire.

The main cause behind the fire breakout is yet to be ascertained.
