STAFF REPORTER GUWAHATI: The Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) and a group from the Chandmari Police Station captured one Tiku Saha of Pub Bhaskar Nagar and recuperated heroin and five vials from his ownership on Tuesday.
