Agartala: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma is scheduled to attend a massive rally organized by Tipra Motha at Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) headquarters, Khumulwng on October 14.
Former Tipra Motha chairman and royalty Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, while announcing it, highlighted that it was the first instance of a Chief Minister of another state joining and uniting a regional party rally with his Cabinet Minister.
“On October 14, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, along with members of his cabinet, will join our memorial rally to support our demand for a constitutional solution,” Debbarma said.
“I urge everyone to come to Khumulwng and convey the message that the Tiprasa community is strong and determined to fight for our rights,” he added.
