New Delhi: Nagaland | Rozi Sangma’s death due to negligence of Gurugram Hospital. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has blamed the death of air hostess Rosie Sangma from Nagaland on the negligence of the hospital in Gurugram, where she was admitted.
The CBI has registered a case of negligence against the managing director (MD) and dentist of the hospital in Gurugram, where Rosie Sangma died.
Alpha Healthcare Hospital MD Dr Anuj Bishnoi and dentist Dr Anjali Ishq have been booked by the CBI under Section 304-A (causing death by negligence) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
“Investigation revealed that Rosie Sangma had pain in both hands and right leg with 8-10 episodes of loose motion and heavy menstrual bleeding on 23 June 2021. She was accompanied by her two brothers and nephew Samuel Sangma. was brought to Alpha Healthcare. Hospital, Sector-10, Basai Road, Gurgaon at 6 am (June 24). The inquiry initially reveals that the death of Ms Rosie Sangma was due to the negligence of Dr Anuj Basnoi and Dr Anjali Ishq. has happened,” said the FIR.
Rosie Sangma, a GoAir air hostess from Nagaland, died in a hospital in Gurugram in June last year.
After several leaders from the Northeast, including Lok Sabha MP Agatha Sangma, former Meghalaya CM Mukul Sangma and Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik, ordered a CBI probe into the death of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. (MHA) ordered a CBI probe. of Rosie Sangma and her nephew Samuel Sangma.
The family of the deceased had alleged that Rozi Sangma’s death was caused by the negligence of the hospital.
The family had also alleged that the death of Rosie Sangma’s nephew Samuel Sangma was due to the misbehavior of the hospital staff.
