The Chief Minister said that Shah’s visit to the state would make it clear whether there would be any final solution to the Naga political issue.
Even if there is no solution, he reiterated that the state elections will be conducted as per the ECI notification.

However, if a solution emerges, he said seats in the state assembly, Lok Sabha, and Rajya Sabha would be increased, besides ensuring peace, infrastructure and economic development.
