Mizoram launches ‘unity’ bus service to Tripura

Aizawl: Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga has said that his government will make further efforts to improve road connectivity with neighboring states, when he flagged off the bus service from Aizawl to Tripura.

The unity bus service will run between Aizawl and Behliangchhip Town in the Jampui hills of Tripura North District.
It will be available every Monday and Thursday from Azol and every Tuesday and Friday from Behlianchhip.

The Chief Minister said that the government has taken several steps to establish healthy relations with its neighboring states and countries.

Efforts are also underway to launch transport services between Aizawl and Churachanpur in Manipur and Tahan in Myanmar, officials added.
