Mister Heritage Intl’ 2023 runner-up title baged by Banner Lanamai

Imphal: Banner Lanamai James from Manipur has bagged the title of first runner-up in the Mr. Heritage International 2023 competition held in Manila, Philippines.

Also, the 23-year-old Banner became the first Mr. India title holder to win the most number of subtitles in an international male beauty pageant.
Apart from the title, the banner won Best in Runway, Resort Wear, Formal Wear and Mr. Elegance Special Awards.

Malaysia’s John Watson Tamin was awarded the title of Mr. Heritage 2023 while Japan’s Masanobu Huchihashi claimed the pageant’s second runner-up title.

A resident of Lower Khamson village under Karong constituency of Senapati district, Lanamai James is a freelance model based in New Delhi.
Earlier, Banner also won the first Rubaru Mr. India Youth Icon 2022 title of the 18th edition of Rubaru Mr. India held in Tamil Nadu.

Apart from modeling, Banner is pursuing a Masters in English Literature and Linguistics. He is a strong advocate of a healthy, detox lifestyle and is active in raising awareness of the social problem of drug abuse.
Mr. Heritage International is an emerging men’s pageant that aims to support men who work in support of tourism and embrace the beauty of the culture of every country in the world despite the language barrier.

“Advocates for the preservation of culture and tourism, it also supports men who empower and inspire everyone to preserve and protect cultural wealth and tourism,” Mr. Heritage wrote on Facebook.
