Compensation:

Research Associate: Selected candidates will be offered salary in Level 10 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 56100-177500).

The pay will be fixed in the minimum pay level i.e. currently around Rs. 56100/- in addition to DA, HRA and medical benefits will be given only for themselves as per rules.

Junior Research Fellow: Fellowship amount Rs. 31,000/- in addition to the above fellowship amount, HRA will be paid at the prescribed rates in place of approved posting/HRA under the concerned project whichever is lower and medical benefits for self will be allowed only as per existing rules. For this purpose, the fellowship amount will be treated as basic salary.
