Meghalaya: IPS officer Idashisha Nongrang appointed as DG of home guards & civil defense

Meghalaya: IPS officer Idashisha Nongrang appointed as DG of home guards & civil defense Special chief general of Meghalaya police – Idashisha Nongrang has been selected as the DG of the state’s home watchmen and common safeguard.

Nongrang will assume responsibility for her new arrangement on Friday (June 3).

Idashisha Nongrang is a 1992-bunch IPS official.

Before this, she was filling in as the DGP (accountable for) Meghalaya police.

Norgrang’s new arrangement as DG of home watchmen and common protection came following arrangement of LR Bishnoi as the new Meghalaya DGP.

Bishnoi assumed control over the charge from Idashisha Nongrang as of late.
