Manipuri girl and her friend attacked by Drunk man in Kalina
MUMBAI: A Manipur girl and her male friend were beaten up by a drunk man in Mumbai, prompting a police investigation, an official said on Wednesday.
The incident took place on Tuesday night in Kalina area of the city when the two were walking on a road. A video of the incident was tweeted to the Mumbai Police.
The clip, shot from a building, shows a drunk man abusing and slapping a girl and her friend.
Police have identified the man seen in the video and are trying to locate him.
The woman and her friend left the scene. The official said that they have not yet come forward to file a complaint.
No FIR has been registered yet.
