Manipur: Flood alert in Bishnupur over threat from swollen rivers.
Due to continuous rains in the northeastern region since last week, massive landslides have also been reported in the hilly districts of Manipur and even large rivers in the valley areas are flowing near the danger mark.
In Bishnupur district, Deputy Commissioner Lourembam Bikram on Sunday issued a flood alert in view of rising river levels in the district and directed the people to be ready.
