Imphal: In an unprecedented move, more than 2,000 women from Pangei on Thursday refused to enter the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team that was searching for arms and ammunition at the Manipur Police Training College (MPTC) in Pangei had arrived to investigate the looting of the huge stock.
