Kuldiep Singh said Army is not deploying in Imphal

Imphal: The Manipur government on Tuesday clarified that the rumor of army deployment in and around Imphal is false and untrue.

A release signed by security adviser Kuldiep Singh said no such decisions had been taken.
It states that no action shall be taken by any agency without the consent of the State Government.

The public is requested not to believe or spread such rumours.
