A freedom-fighter of the restricted United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) gave up before the police on February 2.
Sangram Saikia hails from Sonari in Charaideo region. He gave up before the police at the SB office of the Assam Police in Kahilipara. As per reports, Saikia was filling in as the accountable for (ULFA-I) prior to coming into the standard.
Prior on January 27, one (ULFA-I) gave up before the police in Sonari.
As per reports, prior to giving up, Phukan was serving detainment in Arunachal Pradesh.
In October last year, Pankaj Gohain false name Bhaurav Asom, a framework who had joined the prohibited assailant outfit in 2018, gave up before the Charideo region police.
Prior on 23 October 2022 Joined Freedom Front of Assam-Autonomous (ULFA-I) unit gave up on 23 October in Charaideo locale of Assam.
The freedom-fighter, distinguished as Pankaj Gohain alias Bhaurav Asom, joined the prohibited aggressor outfit in 2018.
In the mean time, the Assam Rifles captured three ULFA freedom-fighters from Jagun in Tansukia on 14 October. As per sources, the Assam Rifles captured three young people from Jagan the evening of October 13 when they were going in a transport from Sivsagar to Jagun.
He was purportedly carried to Jagun fully intent on joining the restricted outfit ULFA (I). The three captured units have been recognized as Swadeshi, Bijay Bowri and Gunadhar Rajawar.
