“Our project will start from Arunachal Pradesh, but a student will have to clear the entrance exams before being sent on board. The exams will be conducted by Mighty Groups. Online registration has started and the exams will be conducted online and will be conducted in offline mode,” he said, adding that legal procedures would be followed to send students abroad.
Hibu appealed to the youth not to wait for civil services exams only but also to come forward for jobs abroad.
