From Bishnupur district 2 active PLA freedom-fighters arrested

Imphal: Assam Rifles and Bishnupur Commando Police on Tuesday arrested two activists of the banned People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in Kumbi area of ​​Manipur’s Bishnupur district.

This operation was launched after receiving intelligence about the presence of militants.
The arrested freedom-fighters, identified as self-proclaimed Captain Ibochouba (also known as Lanthoiba) and self-proclaimed Second Lieutenant Keisham Kennedy Meitei (also known as Rozer), were arrested in Kumbi, I. B was detained at Setapur Road Crossing.
