Shillong: Ten members of the Hynniewtrep Integrated Territorial Organization(HITO) were arrested on Monday for allegedly pelting stones and assaulting a magistrate and police personnel, who stopped them from taking out a protest march towards the secretariat in Shillong, Meghalaya.
