For creating startup ecosystem Paytm inks MoU with Arunachal

Itanagar: Paytm Payment Services Limited (PPSL) on Thursday inked an MoU with Arunachal Pradesh Innovation and Investment Park (APIIP) to create a startup ecosystem for youth in the northeastern state. signed the letter, officials said.

According to the MoU, the Paytm Incubation Center will provide its product at a discounted price to early-stage startups and offer free credits through the Paytm Startup Toolkit to help young business ventures in the early stage of development.
This will nurture the startup ecosystem in the state and encourage young entrepreneurs, an official statement said here.

The MoU was signed at the Arunachal Pradesh Innovation and Investment Park, the first official marquee incubator here, in the presence of its CEO Tabe Haider.
“We are delighted to partner with the Government of Arunachal Pradesh in their journey to build a vibrant startup ecosystem. At Paytm Incubation Center, we strive to catalyze the startup ecosystem in India and empower young entrepreneurs with new customer base. acquisitions, access to funds and help in getting more facilities,” said a Paytm Payment Services spokesperson.
“Our comprehensive platform helps businesses expand their digital presence with seamless integration of payment, brand and commerce solutions,” he added.
Paytm is India’s payment app, offering payment services to consumers and merchants. It is the pioneer of mobile QR payments in the country.
It enables commerce for small traders and distributes various financial service offerings to its customers and traders in partnership with financial institutions, the communique added.
