For beating, urinating on youth a Man arrested in Assam

Guwahati: A man from Hailakandi district of Assam has been arrested by the state police for allegedly beating and urinating on a youth.

The arrested person has been identified as Nizamuddin Borbhuyan.

Borbhuyan is among the four people arrested by the Assam Police in connection with the case.

It is noteworthy that Nizamuddin Borbhuyan is the main accused in this case.
A video of this incident has gone viral on social media.
The video shows the four arrested accused torturing the youth by tying him to a pole, tonsuring his head and urinating on him.

The police action was taken after Assam DGP G P Singh alerted Hailakandi police about the viral video in a tweet.

The main accused, Nizamuddin Borbhoyan, has been arrested by Hailakandi police along with three other persons. Legal action is then taken,” said the Assam DGP.
