Ex-Mr International India Halley Laithangbam passes away

Imphal: In a sad update, Halley Laithangbam, former Mr. International India 2015 from Manipur passed away on Tuesday morning.
A well-known model, Leithangbam was the co-founder and director of the Miss Manipur organization and the owner of Hailey’s Bistro in Imphal.
The cause of his death was not known at the time of filing the report.

“A well-known face in the North East fashion industry, Halley was co-founder of @missmanipur and @miss_northeast_official, former model and Indian representative at Miss International 2015. Her death will be a huge loss especially to the pageant scene in Manipur. .” Miss Manipur Organization wrote on its official Instagram handle.
Renowned fashion designer Robert Norm wrote on his Instagram handle expressing his shock over the sudden demise of Laithangbam. “I will miss you terribly. My strongest friend and the most beautiful model ever. There is no one like you…”
“He was such a cheerful and quite friendly person. And I can’t believe he’s gone,” added Solimla Jajo, Miss Manipur Model Physique 2022 and one of Leithangbam’s gym mates at Gold Gym.
