Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Government has appointed Special Secretary for Women and Child Development and Social Justice Empowerment and Tribal Affairs (SJETA) Akriti Sagar as Deputy Commissioner of West Kaming district.
She will replace Karma Leki, who is the new Joint Secretary in the Department of Personnel.
According to an order issued by Chief Secretary Dharmendra on Thursday, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Jummar Bam of Basar in Lepa Rada district has been appointed as Director of Industries, while ADC Tabang Bodung of Upia near here has been posted as Art and Culture Director.
Tax, Excise and Narcotics Commissioner Kanki Darang has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Tawang, while the current Border District DCKN Damo has been posted as Tourism Director.
Mito Dirchi, who was waiting for the posting, is the new joint secretary of SJETA. Deputy Secretary (Protocol) Tom Rattan has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Skill Development.
Dr. DK Chutia, posted as Deputy Resident Commissioner of Arunachal Bhawan in Guwahati, has been made Additional Resident Commissioner.
