New Delhi: The Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of the Delhi Police on Monday issued a fresh summons to Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandes investigation in connection with the Rs 200 crore money laundering prevention case involving convict Sukesh Chandrasekhar.

Delhi Police has asked Jacqueline to join the investigation on Wednesday.

she was asked to appear on Monday but it was postponed due to some reasons.

she had written an email to the Delhi Police, requesting them to postpone the interrogation, which was scheduled to take place on Monday her request was accepted by the police.
The Bollywood actress has been named by the Enforcement Directorate as an accused in the charge sheet in the Rs 200 crore extortion case involving Sukesh’s.

The ED claimed in the chargesheet that Jacqueline was aware of Sukesh’s involvement in past criminal cases but it appears that she “conveniently ignored or preferred the fact that his strong criminal background incidents” and was involved in financial transactions with the accused.
