China developing infrastructure along LAC
Itanagar: China developing its infrastructure at a rapid pace along the Indian border.
China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) is reportedly building a helipad road near Chaglagam in Arunachal Pradesh’s Anjaw district.
According to the report,China developing on the location where it is being constructed is Hadigara, Delta 6.
Images have also started appearing on social media showing China’s aggressive stance on infra development near Indian borders.
“According to local inputs, #ChinesePLA is building a helipad road nthe location where it is being constructed is Hadigara, Delta 6.ear #Chaglagam in #ArunachalPradesh district #Anjaw. The said location (Hadigra, Delta-6) is at least four days’ walk,” Eastern Sentinel tweeted.
In December 2021, China renamed 15 places in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, including residential areas, mountains, rivers and a mountain pass, which it claims as its own territory as ‘South Tibet’.
India and China have been locked in a border standoff in the northern Ladakh sector of the LAC since May 2020.
