China blocks proposal by US, India to blacklist JeM chief Masood Azhar’s brother by UN
Abdul Rauf Azhar was the mastermind of the hijacking of the Indian Airlines Flight IC-814 in 1999 which led to the release of his brother Masood Azhar from a prison in India.
Joined Countries: China has obstructed a proposition by the US and India at the Unified Countries to boycott Abdul Rauf Azhar, the sibling of Jaish-e Mohammed (JeM) boss Masood Azhar and the vice president of the Pakistan-based dread gathering, in the second such move by Beijing in under two months.

Makki is a US-assigned fear based oppressor and brother by marriage of Lashkar-e-Taiba head and 26/11 brains Hafiz Saeed.
New Delhi and Washington had put a joint proposition to assign Makki as a worldwide fear based oppressor under the 1267 ISIL and Al Qaida Assents Board of trustees of the UN Security Chamber however Beijing put a hang on this proposition without a second to spare here.
The US Branch of Depository had in December 2010 assigned Abdul Rauf Azhar, a senior head of Jaish-e Mohammed (JeM), for representing or for the benefit of JeM.”
The US said as a senior head of JeM, Abdul Rauf Azhar has encouraged Pakistanis to participate in aggressor exercises. He has filled in as JeM’s acting forerunner in 2007, as perhaps of JeM’s most senior leader in India, and as JeM’s knowledge facilitator.”
