BREAKING NEWS : One person killed in IED blast in Manipur’s Thoubal district

Thoubal: One person killed in IED blast in Manipur’s Thoubal district The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a community hall at Spam Mayai Leikai in Khongjom , Thoubal District. The blast injured five people who were rushed to a nearby hospital, where one died of his injuries. The dead and injured are from West Bengal.
