Boko: Two people were killed when a Goodbye unloader slammed into a truck on Public Parkway 17 at 3.30 am on Tuesday at Boko in Assam’s Kamrup district.
Both the vehicles burst into flames and the drivers were singed to death.
Observer Chandan Sharma said that a vehicle stacked with sand going to Guwahati was remaining out and about when two vehicles, a Goodbye unloader going to Golpara and another truck coming from the other way, impacted head-on with it. A fire broke out soon after.
Sharma likewise thought that the mishap happened on the grounds that the Guwahati-bound truck was attempting to overwhelm one more left Goodbye unloader.
Sharma added that after the occurrence, he quickly called the police and Boko police answered right away. The State Debacle Reaction Power (SDRF) Boko answered the mishap.
Transporter Bhadreshwar Patgiri from Dudhnai in Golpara area and Goodbye Unloader driver Krishna Das from Bamunigaon in Kamrup region kicked the bucket on the spot, police said.
