Guwahati: Bodies of 4 bikers from Assam found in deep ditch in Arunachal. Four bikers from Assam who were missing since Tuesday were found dead in Arunachal Pradesh’s West Kameng district on Friday.
According to reports, he was on his way to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh for an adventure trip and went missing on Tuesday. Their bodies were found in the same area.
The youths have been identified as Nayan Basumatary (30), Hirok Boro (32), Bedanta Barmahela (30) and Sanjiv Das (34) who are residents of Nagaon in Assam. He was a member of various motorcycle riding clubs of Assam.
According to sources, he was traveling in a car from Nagaon to Tawang on July 19, when his family lost contact with him after entering Arunachal Pradesh.
The bodies of four people and their car, which was completely destroyed, were found in a deep ditch near a river bank a few kilometers from Sessa Falls near Bhalukpong area, a senior official in West Kameng district said. .
The official said that his car may have skidded off the road due to heavy fog, but the exact reason behind the accident is yet to be ascertained.
