At Moirang polling booth Gunfire erupts amid Lok Sabha voting

Imphal: A tragic incident took place near a polling booth in Thamanpokpi in the midst of polling for the Lok Sabha elections in Moirang, Manipur.

Reports claimed that individuals left firearms in the vicinity, causing concern among voters and officials.
A disturbing 25-second video clip has circulated on the internet showing chaos and mayhem, followed by two separate gunshots.
Shortly thereafter, a third shot is fired, apparently in response to the initial shooting.

Then, a series of high-speed gunshots, possibly from an automatic weapon, fills the air, prompting the man filming to take cover behind a nearby door.
The intense exchange of gunfire continues for about 10 seconds before finally subsiding.
