Assam woman alleges molestation by bakery colleagues in Gurugram

Gurugram: A woman working in a bakery in Sector 34 has accused two of her colleagues of molesting her, police said on Wednesday.

According to her complaint, the two men threatened to kill her and fire her.

A woman from Assam accused her two accomplices Satish Sharma and Sanjay Chauhan of sexual harassment, a police officer said.

He said that an FIR has been registered against both the accused under Section 354 (molestation) of IPC at Saddar Police Station, who are now absconding.

“It was on February 28 when they started fighting me and then sexually harassed me. But I was shocked when they not only threatened to kill me but also fired me.” According to police, the woman said in her complaint.

We are looking into the matter and verifying the facts. President Police Station SHO Inspector Dinesh Kumar said that action would be taken as per law.
