Aizawl: Something like three people were captured here after heroin worth Rs 2.5 crore was seized from their ownership, the Assam Rifles said in an explanation on Wednesday.
Following up on a particular clue, the Assam Rifles faculty and the State Extract and Opiates Division led a joint procedure on Tuesday in Bawngkawn area of Aizawl and held onto 503 grams of heroin from the ownership of the three denounced, the assertion said.
He said that the held onto heroin was concealed in 40 instances of cleanser.
The assertion added that the three blamed and held onto stash worth Rs 2.51 crore have been given over to the Extract and Opiates Office for additional lawful activity.
An enormous number of understudies and educators from different schools of the capital complex partook in the occasion.
