Assam: 16-year-old killed by elephants in Goalpara

According to local people, the episode occurred promptly in the first part of the day when a crowd of something like 40 wild elephants entered their town.

The elephants entered the region and purportedly started to annihilate houses and other property in the town.

At this point, the timberland division is on a watch out for the group and is attempting to get them far from human-occupied regions.
