The four-day festival is going to be India’s first post-Covid music festival. The Arunachal’s Ziro music festival is known for its two stages made entirely of locally sourced bamboo. Environmentally friendly and waste management practices are followed, along with a no plastic policy. Children are also welcome at the festival and all under 12s get free entry. There is a series of workshops – storytelling, dance and movement, poetry and art, to keep them engaged.
