Amit Shah Arrived Sikkim
Gangtok/Guwahati: Union Home Minister Amit Shah Arrived Sikkim on Friday.
Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Golay, Sikkim Assembly Speaker, Deputy Speaker, MLAs, Lok Sabha MPs and Chief Secretary among others welcomed Shah.
The home minister is on a three-day North East visit from Friday. During the visit, he will inaugurate a dairy conclave in Sikkim and meet BJP leaders there, followed by several programs in Assam.
BJP president JP Nadda is also scheduled to arrive in Assam on Friday evening to attend party-related events.
Shah wrote on Twitter, “Leaving for North East on my 3-day visit to Sikkim and Assam. Will inaugurate ‘East and North East Zones Dairy Cooperative Conclave-2022’ in Gangtok today followed by many in Assam. There will be programs.
According to Shah’s October 7 itinerary, as posted by his office on the microblogging site, the home minister will unveil a statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at Rajbhavan in Gangtok, after which he will inaugurate a dairy conclave. will do
Later in the day, Shah will meet the BJP’s core group in Sikkim before proceeding to Assam.
Shah and Nadda are scheduled to hold a meeting with the Assam BJP core committee at the state guest house in Guwahati on Friday.
