Imphal: Normal traffic flow from Imphal to Moreh, a distance of about 109 km on the NH 102 came to a grinding halt for the sixth day on Monday owing to road blockade protest.

As a part of the protest, the volunteers of the Association on Monday staged a sit-in agitation at Lamkang Centre on the Pallel-Chandel Road. Kt Ruwngam, president of the IMTA sought public cooperation in their protest and also called for a reduction in the taxes imposed along this route as well as the number of toll booths.
