Accused of Manisha murder case over love proposal held from WB

Assam: In a major development, the main accused in the Tezpur murder case of bank employee Manisha Boro, Debashish Kar, was arrested by the Assam Police while hiding in West Bengal.

According to reports, Debashish Kar was hiding in Alipurduar in the neighboring state of West Bengal.
Devashish was on the run after killing her in her rented house in Thelamara Boragaon area of ​​Tezpur on April 13.

Earlier, Manisha had refused to accept his love offer after which Debashish, distraught, allegedly killed her ‘out of desperation’.

It is also known that Manisha was employed in Punjab National Bank.
