A Myanmar national arrested in Champhai with Heroin of Rs. 1.39cr

Aizawl: A 33-year-old Myanmar national was captured in Champhai for having heroin worth Rs. 1.39 crore, police said.

The denounced has been distinguished as Lalthawmluaia, an occupant of Sindihai in Myanmar, they said.

279 grams of heroin disguised in 22 cleanser cases was recuperated from the denounced by Champhai police at Khankawn police check door on Friday, police said.

The blamed was reserved under pertinent segments for Opiates Medications and Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and the foreigner act, they said.
