Kohima: The Naga Peoples Front (NPF) Dimapur organized a joint coordination meeting at the Dimapur Division office to commemorate its 62nd foundation day.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from AC Presidents, Secretaries, and office bearers from various wings, including the Minority, Youth, Farmers, and Women Wings, a press release sated by NPF Dimapur Division, Press & Medial Cell informed.
Attendees at the meeting include Pusazo Luruo, Working President of NPF Central; Blaise Iheilung, Vice President Central; I Nungsang Jamir, General Secretary Central; and Bishnu Bhattacharjee, President of the Minority Wing Central. Each speaker highlighted the sacrifices and contributions of party leaders since its inception, urging all members to actively participate in activities at the AC level to strengthen the party.
The speakers emphasized that the Naga Peoples Front (NPF) is a deeply rooted political party, making significant contributions from the grassroots level in Nagaland, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh.
The newly appointed NPF Dimapur Division President, Er Rhonthungo, took an oath administered by Pusazo Luruo. In his address, Er Rhonthungo expressed his commitment to strengthening the Dimapur division from the grassroots to the highest levels.
The meeting session was chaired by Wati Jamir, Working President of the Dimapur Division, while the Women Vice President pronounced prayers and words of benediction.
