𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮

A hand grenade was found placed at the residential gate of Shamurailatpam Independent Sharma of Iroisemba Mayai Leikai, Imphal West under Lamphel police station.

Some family members and locals of Iroisemba Mayai Leikai came across the hand grenade at around 4 pm.

On getting information about the hand grenade, a team of Imphal West district police rushed to the locality and cordoned off the area.

Later, a bomb detection and disposal squad of Manipur Police retrieved the hand grenade.

On the other hand, an FIR has been registered at Lamphel police station in connection with the incident.
